Account Issues

How do I open an account?
Fill out our registration form. Once submitted, your account will be reviewed and activated within 24 business hours.

What payment terms do you offer?
First orders are on a proforma basis. CAD and credit terms can be arranged through your sales rep.

I can’t access my online account. What should I do?
Try resetting your password via the “Forgot Password” link. If issues persist, contact us at sales@intamarque.com.

How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed online after account approval, directly through your sales rep, or by submitting your order via email or WhatsApp. Your sales rep can also advise on product quantities for cases, layers, and pallets.


Pricing

Why can’t I see prices on the website?
Prices are visible once you’re logged in with an approved account.

Am I getting the best possible price online?
Yes, our online prices are updated hourly. For bulk orders, please speak to your sales rep.

Can I get the price list in Excel?
Yes, a full price list is sent weekly. If you need it sooner, just let your sales rep know.


Delivery

How much does delivery cost?
For UK orders over £5,000, delivery is free. For smaller orders, delivery is £45 per pallet in the UK and £65 per pallet for Scotland. For international delivery, your sales rep will contact you with the details and pricing.

How long will delivery take?
Once fully stocked and paid, orders are typically delivered within 3 working days. Timing may vary based on haulier availability, order size, or if any items are on pre-sale. For specific delivery dates, please note your request when placing the order.

Can I arrange collection?
Yes. Once the invoice, DGN (if needed), and packing list are sent, you may arrange collection from our warehouse:

  • Collection Address:
    Intamarque, Alexandra Way, Ashchurch, Tewkesbury, GL20 8NB
  • Warehouse Hours:
    • Monday–Thursday: 8:00am – 3:30pm
    • Friday: 8:00am – 2:30pm

What container sizes are available?

  • 20ft Container: 17 pallets
  • 40ft HC Container: 38 pallets
  • Truck: 26 pallets
  • 40ft ST Container: 35 pallets
