Can I cancel or reschedule my container booking?Yes, but we require at least 7 days’ notice. Last-minute cancellations may incur a fee of up to £500, which will be charged to you.Your Bill of Lading: Seaway Express bill: A simple, non-negotiable document that doesn’t require a printed copy for cargo delivery.Will I receive an arrival notice?Intamarque doesn’t send arrival notices; these are issued directly by the shipping line to the consignee/notify party.What documents will I receive after loading?Our logistics team will email you the following once your order is loaded:Commercial InvoicePacking ListDGN (if required)Load Date, ETS (Estimated Time of Sailing), and ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival)Container and Seal NumbersDraft BillFinal BillCan my invoice be amended?No, Intamarque cannot make amendments to invoices or packing lists.Can "Dangerous Goods" wording be removed from documents?No, "Dangerous Goods" must be indicated on both the Bill of Lading and Packing List, where applicable.How long do I have to approve my draft bill?You have 48 hours to approve your draft. Please note that Intamarque is not responsible for charges once the container has reached the port.
